React is delighted to announce that Ferrovial’s UK employees have voted React as their next Charity of the Year, for the next two years.

Ferrovial is one of the world’s leading infrastructure companies that finances, designs, develops, builds and transforms the  operation critical infrastructure including highways, airports, and energy in 15 countries around the world.

The charity, which came out top in a vote by staff across Ferrovial’s UK offices, will work together with Ferrovial over the next two years through events, funding initiatives, volunteering days and publicity to reach out to more families living in the UK, who are caring for a terminally ill child.

Conor O’Donnabhain, React’s Head of Fundraising, said

We are thrilled to begin a two-year partnership with Ferrovial. Their enthusiasm to dedicate both time and resources will make a real difference to the families React supports –  those caring for children with serious, life-shortening illnesses who urgently need our help.

We very much look forward to working together with the Ferrovial team over the next two years to ensure both React and Ferrovial can make a difference to as many lives as possible.

Laura Brown, Communications Director, UK, Ireland & Australia, said:

We’re excited to start our Charity of the Year partnership with React. This partnership is a big part of how we live our values at Ferrovial—coming together to support children with life-limiting illnesses and their families. It’s more than fundraising; it’s about making a real difference where it matters most to our employees, joining forces with the team at React and promoting their brilliant work for maximum impact throughout our time together.

React sends its sincere thanks to all at Ferrovial and looks forward to a collaborative and mutually beneficial two years as Charity of the Year.
