React’s Complaint Policy

• • You can call us on 0208 940 2575. Someone from our friendly team will be ready and willing to help. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, you can always leave us a message and a contact number and someone will return your call the next working day.

We want you to be entirely happy with our service and our friendly team will respond immediately to any issues/queries or concerns. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with their response, please contact react@reactcharity.org clearly marking your correspondence for the attention of Vicky Andreas, Director.

React prides itself in its membership and compliance with the Fundraising Regulator’s requirements. If you are unhappy with our fundraising endeavours, please give us the opportunity to put this right. You are entitled to make a complaint directly to the Fundraising Regulator if we have not responded within 28 days or you are dissatisfied with the outcome (http://www.fundraisingregulator.org.uk)

Please note that the Fundraising Regulator can only consider complaints received within three months of the original incident, or within two months of our final response.
