We want you to be entirely happy with our service and our friendly team will respond immediately to any issues/queries or concerns. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with their response, please ask that the matter is referred to the Director.
React prides itself in its membership and compliance with the Fundraising Regulator’s requirements. If you are unhappy with our fundraising endeavours, please give us the opportunity to put this right. You are entitled to make a complaint directly to the Fundraising Regulator if we have not responded within 28 days or you are dissatisfied with the outcome (http://www.fundraisingregulator.org.uk)
Please note that the Fundraising Regulator can only consider complaints received within three months of the original incident, or within two months of our final response.
