John Stopford and six friends donned their Lycra suits and sunglasses for a fresh challenge this Summer – cycling 1000 kilometres across North Italy and Southwest France – raising a truly remarkable sum for React’s families!

John is no stranger to charitable compassion and React is truly grateful for the determination of his peloton. Sampling fine wine and delicious food along the way, the group made the challenge look easy with their glimmering smiles and, thanks to their efforts, a phenomenal £13,500 total was raised for gravely ill children, which includes a £6,500 matched donation from John’s employer Ninety One.

Every penny will make an immediate difference to the lives of React’s families, and we send sincere thanks and huge congratulations to all took part.
